Maurel & Prom (M&P) is a French Exploration and Production company operating several Oil and Gas production facilities in Gabon, Tanzania and France. Aegide International is a long-standing partner for all matters related to safety at M&P. Since 2012, we have accompanied M&P in all of their projects across the European and African continents.

- Policies, standards and objectives
- Stakeholder and client management
- Organization and resources
- Control and risk management
- Design and asset integrity
- Emergency plans and procedures
- Execution of activities
- Monitoring, reporting and analysis of incidents
- Insurance, review and continuous improvement
- Deployment of the on-site system and raising staff awareness of new procedures
- Coaching onsite staff on the contents and implementation of the management system
- Developing training materials addressing
- Technical risks for onsite operators
- Risk Assessment
- OHS Management and Risk Analysis for Supervisors
- Providing expert advice on complex regulatory requirements
- Assisting the company in the development of documentation for regulatory approvals
- Supporting operations in a Supervisory capacity for seismic, drilling, construction and production activities
Project results
M&P now has a comprehensive safety management system that is both operational at the corporate level, providing the headquarters with data on site performance, and onsite with Operation Supervisors running the system locally.
