Safety Culture Management Systems
At a time when safety is seen first and foremost as a proactive approach, Aegide International (Dolfines’ QHSE subsidiary) supports companies in building a robust and sustainable safety culture.
To this end, we have developed a suite of tools based on the Hudson-Parker maturity model, which enables you to accurately assess your level of safety culture: from the initial assessment through to the implementation of a genuine safety culture that is firmly embedded in your practices.
Organisational culture and accidents are inextricably linked; ultimately, the severity and frequency of accidents reflect an organisation’s culture.
Prof. Patrick Hudson, International Safety Practitioner and Expert
To help organisations strengthen their safety culture, we offer three standalone or complementary tools, designed to adapt to your needs and level of maturity. From a quick assessment to an in-depth analysis, right through to operational support, each solution enables you to accurately evaluate your practices and take concrete action. Discover below the most suitable offering to drive sustainable progress within your organisation.
Any organisation wishing to receive a quick, no-obligation initial assessment
An industrial company undertaking an HSE improvementprogrammeor seeking certification, wishing to obtain an objective assessment of its safety culture
An organisation ready to embark on a sustainable cultural transformation and seeking practical, on-the-ground support
The assessment covers your individual perception of the safety culture across several key areas: behaviour, leadership, feedback, and risk management, and places you on the Hudson-Parker scale. It provides an initial, objective assessment, with no prerequisites, to kick-start the internal discussion.
The SCA conducts an in-depth analysis of how safety is perceived and experienced at every level of your organisation: on the shop floor, among middle management, and right up to senior management. You receive a clear maturity report highlighting your strengths, areas for improvement, and concrete areas for development: a solid foundation for implementing a sustainable approach.
What your organisation thinks, how it approaches security on a day-to-day basis, where the principles are already embedded and where they are not yet: all of this forms the basis of our work.
The action plan is developed jointly, and its implementation is monitored over the long term.
En complément de nos outils d’évaluation, Aegide propose la Fresque de la Culture Sécurité® — a collaborative awareness-raising workshop that engages your teams in addressing the human and organisational factors underlying accidents.
Over the course of three hours, participants work together to build a systemic model of risk factors — moving from awareness to collective commitment.
