Description of project and customer issues
A French company specialising in the production of industrial materials wanted to carry out an in-depth assessment of its safety culture. This initiative took place in a context marked by:
- a major restructuring of the site,
- an increase in accidents,
- and subcontractors who do not always comply with safety standards.
The objective of this mission was to assess the maturity level of the safety culture, identify key trends and define priority actions to be implemented to ensure the long-term safety of the site.
To achieve this, AEGIDE INTERNATIONAL conducted a multi-stage project combining diagnosis, analysis and operational recommendations to support the site in strengthening its safety culture and practices.

The safety culture diagnosis was conducted in several key stages, ensuring a comprehensive and actionable analysis:
- Documentary study : Analysis of the existing safety system to identify the processes and standards in place.
- Development and distribution of a questionnaire : Measuring the perception of and adherence to safety culture among all employees.
- Targeted interviews : Conducting interviews with a representative panel including:
- the operators,
- les chargés de conduite,
- managetrs,
- and top management.
- On-site observations Analysis of actual practices and identification of deviations from safety standards.
- Report writing and presentation : Reporting findings, formulating recommendations and developing an operational action plan to strengthen safety culture in the long term.
