Safety Day – Trainer kit

Client name: Confidential
Project name: Safety Day – Trainer kit

Description of project and customer issues

Our client manufactures and distributes products for industries with a
high-temperature process company wanted to organise a safety day at the end of September 2025 with the aim of bringing people together and celebrating safety around a predefined theme: ‘Be a safety guide’.
The company employs approximately 6,500 people and has between 50 and 60 sites spread across five continents.

Project objective

AEGIDE INTERNATIONAL was asked to provide its technical expertise on four elements.
Firstly, the provision of a trainer kit for two workshops lasting between 45 minutes and one hour maximum. Then, the hosting of a webinar prior to the deployment of the solution, as well as a second online event for stakeholders unable to attend on site, hosted by AEGIDE INTERNATIONAL. And finally, one additional workshop for the ‘LesAteliersCorporate’ event organised in Paris.

In order to meet this demand, here are the concrete proposals put forward by AEGIDE INTERNATIONAL:
Workshop 1: ‘Olympiads’ – safety means communication
Workshop 2: ‘Risk Hunt’ – Teamwork in Safety
Workshop 3: ‘Perception Scale’ Workshop
Workshop 4 : « Safety wheel »

Workshop 4 was requested by our client, who owns the tool. The requirement was solely for a presentation.

Activities / Tasks and Solutions developed by Aegide International

In order to carry out this project, three employees with diverse areas of expertise were brought on board. Inès DECHAUT served as Project Manager, Grégory DROUILLARS was responsible for putting together the trainer kits for the ‘Olympiads’ and ‘Perception Scale’ workshops. And finally, Ainhoa COMMENGES for the creation of the trainer kit in the online and face-to-face ‘Risk Hunt’ and ‘Safety Wheel’ workshops.

We then followed up with the client's media validation cycle. Ainhoa hosted a webinar in English to introduce the trainer kits to those who will be leading the safety day on other continents. A second session of two perception workshops was held for those who were unable to attend in person.

Finally, a closing meeting is scheduled for October 2025.

Our client is satisfied with the services provided. We were able to supply four trainer kits, presentation materials and posters for communication purposes.
