Description of project and customer issues
The WEBUILD / NGE GC consortium, as part of its partnership on the Lot 2 project for Line 16 of the Grand Paris Express, is seeking the services and expertise of Aegide International to provide HSE Supervision as Tunnel and Surface Works Safety Officer.
Au pic de l’activité, 5 consultants Aegide International sont mobilisés. Notre collaboration a démarré en septembre 2022 et se poursuit.
Activités / Tâches et Solutions assurées par Aegide
- Be exemplary in terms of safety in dress and behaviour
- Plan site safety compliance and performance
- Follow regulatory requirements, including training requirements
- Ensuring that the safety requirements applicable to the site are complied with, implemented and monitored, and that the safety approach is continuously improved, by means of formalised site visits
- Advising / alerting customers to specific safety issues
- Make all participants (co-contractors and sub-contractors) aware of the requirements applicable to the Project
- Encourage all those involved to report, analyse and deal with risk situations and near misses
- Carrying out on-site inspections, particularly with regard to the use of site machinery (EC certification of machines and equipment, validity of VGP, driver authorisation)
- Organising the arrival of subcontractors and service providers by collecting and checking the regulatory and contractual documents, and organising the joint inspection visit with the CSPS and Operations.
