Following rapid expansion in its workforce, Schlumberger required external assistance to implement its health and safety training programme across the European and African geo-market. Aegide International was hired to integrate safety training professionals into the Schlumberger organisation in order to provide training services during the onboarding process for engineers and during operational phases on technical issues ranging from defensive driving to first aid.
