What is Onboarding?

Onboarding is the process that an organisation puts in place to welcome and integrate a new employee, from the moment the employee is notified that he or she has been recruited until he or she takes up the position in full autonomy. It's a time for commitment, loyalty and sharing.

  • Preparation and creation of the "back-office" Onboarding path: people to meet; key documentation; short/medium/long-term employee objectives; interview schedule D+7 / M+1 / end of trial period, etc.
  • Mobilisation of an Aegide International consultant to support the new employee in his working environment/context, with 2 main objectives.
    • Joint reconnaissance and observation visit
    •  Identification of the need for support in upgrading skills or coaching (possibility of funding depending on the OPCO).
