As part of its Safety improvement strategy Eramet has hired Aegide International to audit and coach personnel on key safety requirements. Driving safety has been identified as a key topic on the company’s mining sites. Our Road Safety consultants have been actively involved in assessing driving safety performance and coaching operational staff on appropriate driving behaviour.

Project results
Aegide International a audité tous les sites miniers d’Eramet au Gabon, en Nouvelle-Calédonie et au Sénégal et ses sites métallurgiques en France, en Nouvelle-Calédonie et aux États-Unis. Chacun de ces sites a été évalué et des plans d’amélioration ont été élaborés. La mise en œuvre est en cours.
