Description of project and customer issues

Colas a sollicité l’assistance d’Aegide International afin de répondre aux exigences de l’appel d’offres d’un grand EPC (Fluor) souhaitant contracter une société de génie civil et de construction d’une grande mine de bauxite en Guinée-Conakry. Le périmètre du projet était inhabituellement large pour Colas car il couvrait de nombreuses activités de construction non essentielles (construction de routes). Nous avons apporté notre soutien à Colas dans la phase d’appel d’offres du projet depuis la Côte d’Ivoire puis avons géré et supervisé toutes les questions liées au HSE pendant toute la durée des opérations en Guinée, qui couvraient la construction de routes, de ponts, d’un barrage, d’une voie ferrée piste et un tombereau de voiture.
