As part of its Safety improvement strategy Eramet has hired Aegide International to audit and coach personnel on key safety requirements. Driving safety has been identified as a key topic on the company’s mining sites. Our Road Safety consultants have been actively involved in assessing driving safety performance and coaching operational staff on appropriate driving behaviour.

Project results
Aegide International has audited all of Eramet’s mining sites in Gabon, New Caledonia and Senegal and its metallurgical sites in France, New Caledonia and the USA. Each of these sites have been evaluated and improvement plans developed. Implementation is ongoing.
