Description of project and customer issues<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For a global packaging manufacturer, we facilitated a 5-day certified training module on sustainability and environmental management. The aim of this training was to provide participants with a solid understanding of sustainability principles, environmental management and sustainable business practices, offering a comprehensive and practical perspective on the application of sustainability within organisations. It enabled participants to understand global issues, policies, tools and techniques for improving environmental performance, while developing practical skills in innovation, data analysis, sustainable solution planning, communication and stakeholder engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following topics were discussed:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Impacts of major global trends on the environment, society, the economy and organisations
\u2022 Environmental principles and issues (climate change, biodiversity, pollution, etc.)
\u2022 Corporate governance and sustainable development principles
\u2022 Key policies and legislation
\u2022 Tools, techniques, systems and best practices for improving sustainability performance
\u2022 Role of innovation in the development of sustainable products, services and solutions
\u2022 Data collection, analysis and evaluation
\u2022 Research and planning of sustainable solutions
\u2022 Effective communication and feedback
\u2022 Stakeholder engagement
\u2022 Tools and techniques for identifying opportunities and risks
\u2022 Improved environmental and sustainability performance<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Methodology developed by AEGIDE <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The training is delivered in a 40-hour format by an ISEP-accredited trainer, in accordance with ISEP's methodological guidelines. Participants' knowledge was assessed by means of an open-book examination. Successful completion of this examination leads to the award of the Basic Certificate in Sustainability and Environmental Management issued by ISEP. Obtaining this certificate also gives access to ISEP Associate Member (AISEP) status, an internationally recognised professional accreditation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Results<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

AEGIDE International is an ISEP-accredited training centre offering this programme in French and English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
