This initiative took place in a context marked by:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a major restructuring of the site,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>an increase in accidents,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and subcontractors who do not always comply with safety standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">The objective of this mission was to assess the maturity level of the safety culture, identify key trends and define priority actions to be implemented to ensure the long-term safety of the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">To achieve this, AEGIDE INTERNATIONAL conducted a multi-stage project combining diagnosis, analysis and operational recommendations to support the site in strengthening its safety culture and practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:800\">Activities \/ Tasks and Solutions developed by Aegide International<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">The safety culture diagnosis was conducted in several key stages, ensuring a comprehensive and actionable analysis:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
