an international group operating in the mining and logistics sector, located near the capital of an African country, asked AEGIDE INTERNATIONAL to assess the safety culture at its site and identify areas for improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">The main objective of this mission was to assess security practices and make targeted recommendations to improve the site's security performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\"><strong>The AEGIDE INTERNATIONAL team faced several challenges:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
