{"id":31355,"date":"2023-03-10T16:17:09","date_gmt":"2023-03-10T15:17:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.aegide-international.com\/?p=31355"},"modified":"2023-09-29T10:11:20","modified_gmt":"2023-09-29T08:11:20","slug":"naturex-programme-de-formation-corporate-managing-safely","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aegide-international.com\/en_gb\/naturex-programme-de-formation-corporate-managing-safely\/","title":{"rendered":"Delivery of customised Nebosh and IOSH certification training courses."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Client name: Naturex (www.naturex.com)<br>Name of the project: Design and delivery of a \"Managing Safely\" training course<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:800\">Description of project and customer issues<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In its \"2020 objective\" plan, Naturex wanted to improve \"Middle management\" behavior towards occupational health and safety issues. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The company wanted to explore the possibility of working with a training organization, in order to design and deliver a \"Managing Safely\" training module in its various international subsidiaries and in the local language. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The requirement concerned the following countries: France \/ Poland \/ Chile \/ United States \/ German-speaking Switzerland.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:800\">Activities \/ Tasks and Solutions developed by Aegide International<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700\">In 2018, to meet Naturex's needs, <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aegide-international.com\/en_gb\/a-propos\/\" title=\"Aegide International\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">Aegide International<\/a> implemented a two-phase project: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Phase 1 - Design: Kick-off meeting \/ Validation of training program and plan \/ Development \/ Revision \/ Test session \/ Revision and validation. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phase 2 - Animation of Trainings: Translation of materials in Polish - English - Spanish - German \/ Selection and training of trainers \/ Animation of trainings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:800\">Project results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Over a period of 6 months, Aegide International delivered a training module specific to customer expectations and conducted 12 training sessions (5 different languages).<br>130 people were trained - 5 Aegide International trainers mobilized.<br>An increase in overall knowledge of 70% for the participants following the training.<br>In the following months, a significant improvement in the health and safety behavior of Naturex employees and an improvement in OHS performance within Naturex was observed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:800\"><strong>Video testimonial \u2013 Michael Esquilin \/ Plant Manager, Naturex New Jersey<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Testimonial Naturex\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/83ogyu-uXC8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer;
