In an effort to promote local content, Total hired <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aegide-international.com\/en_gb\/a-propos\/\" title=\"Aegide International\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">Aegide International<\/a> to develop a four-year programme for talent identification and knowledge transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:800\">Activities \/ Tasks and Solutions developed by Aegide International<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>egide International developed and implemented this nationalization plan focused on developing local HSE talent. This project represented a total of 176 650 working hours spread over 11 onshore and offshore sites, and covering the following activities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recruitment campaign of local talent and Gabonese engineers looking for employment opportunities in their home country<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establishment of a competency evaluation tool deployed on 500 candidates <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development of a comprehensive and individualized training and coaching plan <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development and deployment of management and reporting tools on <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aegide-international.com\/en_gb\/formations-hse\/\" title=\"HSE\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">HSE<\/a>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Led project coordination for up to 36 supervisors at the project peak.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:800\">Project results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result of this project, Aegide International identified and interviewed more than 500 HSE professionals in Gabon, recruitment 47 HSE Supervisors over the 4 year period and provided over 3,800 hours of specialized HSE training to high potential supervisors.
